The sunlight in my crusted eyes hurts more than words can say
My will to live is softer than this bed on which I lay
So it’s looking like I’m staying here and calling in today!

My self-loathing is as strong as my soul is weak
The only reprieve I get’s when I’m fast a-fucking-sleep
So go ahead and live because the answers that I seek
Are right here in this bed that I’m staying in all week.

The world is a pile of shit but all the hairless apes think its great,
They are fueled by love and ignorance while I’m just fueled by hate,

Looking in the trashcan is like looking in a mirror
A reeking pile of shit, it’s almost more than I can bear.
My lust for life is growing thinner than my fucking hair
So it’s looking like I’m staying here at least another year.

Wake up, work, go sleep, repeat…it’s such a fucking chore.
Degrade yourself for cash just means that you’re a whore.
I’ve fought a valiant fight but I’m giving up this war!
‘Cause I won’t be getting out of this bed here anymore.

Dreams are made for sleeping and I was always told to follow mine. That’s my plan, hit the snooze button for the rest of time!
